Welcome to our new refurbished and renovated Farm Shop / Delicatessen

Here you can find the very finest in locally sourced food, and drink, from Fruit and Vegetables to Luxury Ice cream.

Our Large new Delicatessen boasts a wonderful range of fantastic cheeses, meats, and smoked fish, available to buy in the amounts you choose. Our shelves are now filled with Bloomsburys Kitchen products that include home made chutneys jams and relishes. Our popular Bloomsburys Bramley apple and sultana chutney has been made here on site for use in the Restaurant for the last year which you can also find in the shop. We hope if you are an existing Bloomsburys customer that you will find your particular favourite product still here with us; if you are a new customer we look forward to welcoming you and serving you and hopefully inspiring you with new ideas and recipes as we continue to build up stock.

We have a selection of fresh baked breads and pastries some baked here on site and some our bought daily to us. Anything from a traditional style White Sandwhich loaf through to Spelt sour dough, Rye, Chocolate bread, Seven seed cob, Metail rolls and fresh Croissants and Pastries. We bake the same huge cheese scones every morning that we serve in the cafe to sell in the shop so you can enjoy them at home as well.

Talking of bread, we also stock a beautiful range of local artisan breads which are lovingly made with NO additives or emulsifiers. We are very proud to be offering the extraordinary boutique bread from the Lighthouse Bakery in Bodiam, who supply Breads you will not see anywhere else; from Spelt loaves and Gluten free breads to Russian loaves laced with Caraway and rye. Free samples of the breads, oils, Vinegars and delicatessen are always on offer to tempt you, in case the sight of this wonderful produce is not enough to persuade you!

We are stocking foods that are useful for diabetics, wheat intolerant and lactose intolerant clients. We can also provide to order the most unusual of foods and supplements if a request is made.

We have a growing steady supply of fruit and veg with three deliveries per week, much of which is local and more will be sprouting up from our on site vegetable patch as we move through the season. We will be offering increasing varieties of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables as the shop grows this season .

Cakes, meringues , puddings and biscuits are baked in the on site kitchen here at bloomsburys. We often use our own chicken eggs for these products, which intensifies the colour and taste very well. We are aslo happy to bake wonderful cakes to order for special occassions or events.

Our Ecover re filling station is as popular as ever so well done to you all for your growing enthusiasium for re cycling. we hope to expand our re cycling facilites to you throughout the year, as we take orders for other ecover products. Recent additions include floor wax and Fabric Conditioner.

Other refillable products include the sumptious range of oils and speciality vinegars. We stock the re - fill glass bottles at a good price, so all you have to do is chose from the good range we have to offer you. When you return to the shop, all you have to do is bring your bottle along to re fill.

The "cook" range of home made style ready meals have proven very popular for people with more taste than time, so we are stocking their excellent ready meals for you to buy here, in addition to other Delicious frozen ranges of bread, fruit and vegetables from Field Fare and Delice de France. We are also now stocking out own ready meals by popular demand using the identical recipes used in the restaurant. Cooked with the same degree of love and attention to detail as our food served on site these offer unsurpassed value.

We are also delighted to be baking our own fresh bread and croissants daily on site, so you can be assured of the very freshest produce.

Our wine and beer range is constantly expanding, offering an affordable local and international selection of old and new world wines. We have in stock the full range of award winning Biddenden Wines and Ciders along with Chapel Down Wines, Seddlescombe Organic wines and the incredible Lyme bay fruit wines and Liquers. Look out for wine tasting events throughout the year in conjucntion with our suppliers.

In the Shop we have a gift section offering a wonderful range of garden products; tools, seeds, bulbs, feeds and wonderful gifts that are purely for indulgence or to show how much you care!
